Buck Buck Itaewon 벅벅 이태원점

Started in Hyehwa and now spread to Itaewon, this smash-burger shop separates the ordering counter from the waiting and eating area a few steps away. When a burger is ready it shows on a screen and comes out in a small shopping basket; sauces, a cutting knife, plastic gloves and wet wipes sit in the waiting area. The gloves matter for the Double Buck (two juicy patties on a soft, strongly buttery bun), which drips as soon as you pick it up. A mildly spicy sauce and pickles cut the richness. Fries are thick and crunchy.
