Down a flight of stairs near Sookdae-ipgu Station sits a basement burger room that drew wider attention after Baek Jong-won's Alley Restaurant. The Jimotmi burger is big: a ground-beef patty under soft scrambled egg, bacon and mildly spicy sriracha. The Hawaiian burger eats lighter, and the double burger puts the patty first. Truffle fries go better with the onion sauce than with ketchup. On weekends and evenings the queue starts on the stairs.
