Baegun Hanjeongsik 백운 한정식

Even the main hall feels close to a private room, with tables spaced wide apart behind partitions, and separate rooms are available as well. Courses open with jellyfish salad, japchae glass noodles and mung bean pancake, then move through stir-fried octopus to neobiani gui, thin marinated beef grilled and served with several dipping sauces. In the evening there is also a course built around King Jeongjo lotus-leaf galbi (grilled short ribs).
