Lobster rose pasta comes with generous lobster meat and al dente noodles that hold the tomato-cream sauce well. The sous-vide pork tenderloin steak is so tender it hardly seems like pork, served with a garlicky dipping sauce. Squid-ink risotto is salty underneath, with sweetness from the pumpkin cream on top. Truffle mushroom gnocchi, made with potato and truffle oil, works better as an extra plate for the table than as a main. There is a room-like semi-private space, and reservations are taken.
