Situated along the Geum River in Yeondong-myeon, Sejong, the establishment features both indoor and outdoor seating areas. During the spring and autumn months, the riverside tables are popular for their scenic views of the water. The catfish stew is prepared to eliminate the muddy odor common in freshwater fish dishes, resulting in a clean broth with a subtle sweetness. A defining characteristic of the meal is the handmade dough flakes called sujebi. The dough is mixed to a thin consistency and aged before being added to the pot, giving it a soft and chewy texture.
