Unlike typical chewy beef tartare, the meat here has a soft, melting texture. The regular portion at 12,000 won is substantial, while the special version for 15,000 won increases the meat quantity. Cooked bibimbap serves as an alternative for heated meals. The soy-braised beef among the side dishes is popular, appreciated for its tenderness and available for unlimited self-service. The menu also includes a clean beef bone soup (gomtang) and grilled cuts like salchisal. Complimentary coffee is provided after the meal.
