Naan goes into the oven only once you order. Tear it, drag it through thick, nutty hummus and eat it with a generous chicken kebab, and you have the core of a meal here. Fasoliya, a bean dish, sits on the menu next to fahsa, which has meat, so a vegetarian and a meat eater can share one table.
