With the restaurant open only about four hours a day, a numbered waiting list builds inside soon after opening, and the public lot across the road fills at peak lunch. The oil alone carries the bowl, and the gochujang sauce on the table only needs a couple of rounds once it starts to taste plain. A doenjang soup with a pronounced savory depth comes alongside. The larger special size mainly adds beef, since even the regular size fills an adult. Diners who avoid raw meat get ikhin bibimbap, the same bowl with cooked beef.
