Uri Seolleongtang 우리설렁탕

Rice noodles, not the usual wheat somyeon, sit in every bowl of seolleongtang, the milky ox-bone soup served around the clock on Sillim-ro, along with large, tender pieces of beef. Three kinds of kimchi arrive with it, from freshly dressed cabbage to deeply sour aged kimchi and cubed radish. The suyuk ssam set adds sliced boiled beef with greens and ssamjang for wrapping.
