Tengoku 텐고쿠

Tonkotsu ramen has a thick, savory broth, and the eolkeun tonkotsu adds heat without extra salt. When a rich bowl feels like too much, the namesake Tengoku ramen is lighter. Some skip ramen for gyudon, the beef rice bowl, salty-sweet with soy.
