Soksom 속솜

Soufflé pancakes go into the pan only after you order, emerging wobbly and moist under lightly sweetened cream and seasonal fruit. The nutty, chewy whole wheat bread is baked on site too and holds up well when frozen and reheated, so it travels home easily. Hand-drip coffee and a carrot latte made from freshly ground carrots round out the drinks. The terrace brings in the Hado-ri coastal wind, and the upstairs windows catch a slice of the sea.
