Sinjjam 신짬

A Chinese-Korean restaurant in Gangneung's Okcheon-dong, cherished by locals and travelers alike for its jjamppong and tangsuyuk. The jjamppong features a rich yet clean broth with distinctively soft noodles, while the sundubu-jjamppong-bap balances intense spice with silky tofu for a unique harmony. The mini tangsuyuk belies its name with generous portions and offers a choice between dipping and pouring the sauce.
