Sinjjam 신짬

You might expect tofu to water down the sundubu jjamppong-bap, but the broth is rich and hot enough that the soft tofu only takes the edge off the spice. The noodles in the regular jjamppong are boiled soft and silky. The mini tangsuyuk is plenty for two, with the sauce poured on or served on the side.
