The plain milk bingsu (milk shaved ice) stands on its own, made from frozen milk shaved into fine, fluffy flakes that taste mildly sweet and nutty even with no topping. For patbingsu, the red bean version, sweet red beans and mochi arrive in separate cups, and spooning them on bit by bit keeps the ice from turning to slush. The shop has about 10 seats at the entrance to Ichon Market.
