Sambong Butcher Shop 삼봉푸줏간

It runs as a butcher-restaurant, so hanwoo sirloin and anchang-sal (outside skirt) over charcoal cost less than at a typical beef house. A beef order brings cheonyeop (tripe), yukhoe (seasoned raw beef) and raw liver on the side, though some days the liver is missing. Wine is sold here, but you can also bring a bottle you like and pay corkage. The restaurant is on the third floor of a building along Bukhangang-ro, and window tables look out toward the river.
