Fobi Gwanghwamun 포비 광화문점

Through a glass wall left of the entrance, bagel makers can be seen at work in this ground-floor shop next to Kyobo Book Centre in Gwanghwamun. The bagels are dense and chewy, and today's bagel, a cream cheese pairing set by the shop, costs less than ordering the two separately. A rich chocolate brownie that stops short of very sweet is warmed and served with cream for dipping.
