Oneul Bakery 오늘제빵소

Oneul Bakery is a large bakery cafe on the lower slopes of Bukhansan in Deokyang-gu, Goyang. Its rustic stone-walled main building contains gallery-like indoor seating with paintings, while annexes and outdoor grounds spread around two artificial waterfalls, sculptures, trees, and benches. The site is less about an unobstructed view of Bukhansan's summit than about moving water, foliage, and a broad landscaped yard. Autumn seating sits among colored leaves. In colder weather, a fire area creates a place to watch flames, and covers around some outdoor sections reduce the wind. Summer heat still reaches the grounds despite the trees and water, so guests can divide time between the painted interior and exterior benches. Bread is baked on site in multiple styles, although the display counter is not enormous relative to the overall cafe grounds. Coffee moves toward a moderate toasted flavor rather than sharp acidity. The Babamba latte is distinctly sweet and recalls a chestnut ice cream drink. Ssanghwa-cha and other teas give older visitors or non-coffee drinkers a separate direction. Some seating buildings stand apart from the ordering counter, requiring bread and drinks to be carried into an annex or across the yard. The layout can therefore feel more like a small garden complex than one continuous cafe hall. Parking is divided among three zones connected to a narrow access road that serves as both entrance and exit. The cafe sits deep enough in the Bukhansan-side cafe area that arriving without a car involves a longer approach. It supports a post-hike bread stop, but the waterfalls, artwork, and scattered seating also make it possible for a family to remain on the grounds well beyond the time needed for one drink.
