Pork belly is first seared over burning straw, which leaves a light smoky aroma and no gamey smell. Cheongdo minari samgyeop is wrapped in Korean water dropwort, while jaksal pork belly comes with kimchi, mushrooms, bracken and cheese for wrapping. Nurungji gimbap ssam, rice rolls grilled hot and crisp like scorched rice, is the side to lay the meat on. A spread of side dishes arrives before the meat, and yeolmu bibim noodles close the meal. The hall is wide, on Seooreung-ro between Gusan and Yeonsinnae stations.
