Colosseo Cake holds a pool of mascarpone cheese filling inside a firm dark-chocolate cookie wall, so you break off the rim and scoop up the cream. Along with Peak Cake, it gets reserved and picked up as a birthday cake, and the generous cream stays light rather than cloying. Drinks include black sesame latte, green tea latte, yuzu green iced tea and lychee lavender iced tea. By early afternoon most desserts can be sold out, and seats are hard to come by. The ground floor shares space with brand stores such as Tamburins, plus occasional pop-ups.
