With every seat in a private room and no open hall, meals of bluefin tuna near Seolleung Station run quietly. Tuna cubes wrapped in seaweed are the signature bite, and the chef visits each room to explain the cuts and how to eat them. A course opens with sashimi and ends with fish-roe rice and spicy fish stew.
