Each floor, from the basement to the roof, is themed on forest, sea or sky. The white interiors fill with daylight, and full-height windows open onto the sea and coastline off Dolsan. Tiered seats, a rooftop and mirrored rooms show the same water from different heights. Drinks and cakes cost more than at a neighborhood cafe, and on weekends and in peak season the stairs and photo spots get crowded.
