Mahanji 마한지

The garlic galbi does more than smell strongly of garlic; the flavor sinks into the pork and keeps it from feeling greasy, while the regular pork galbi is lightly seasoned and easy to eat with rice. Ribs come either grilled in the kitchen or raw to cook at the table, and staff watch the grill either way. The spread includes kimchi-braised mackerel, doenjang soup and southern-style side dishes, and the napa kimchi has the deep ripeness of winter kimjang kimchi. At lunch, galbitang, stone-pot bibimbap and mul naengmyeon are served too.
