Order a drink and you can feed and pet the alpacas behind a fence inside the cafe. There is no separate activity fee, but every person must order a drink, which makes even kids' drinks pricey, and feed comes from a vending machine at extra cost. Going into the pen or holding the animals is not part of the visit. The alpacas head indoors before the cafe closes, and a late-afternoon arrival leaves little time for feeding. The room is done up in bright Peruvian colors and alpaca plush toys, and the place, restrooms included, is clean with no animal smell.
