Hwasun Jip 화순집

Two portions of dak-kalguksu, chicken knife-cut noodle soup, bring a whole chicken into the pot, and three adults sharing it often leave food behind. Pull the chicken apart first and dip it in salt or chili sauce, then ladle out the green noodles, bean sprouts and cabbage with the clean, light broth. Partway through, a gorgonzola pizza comes out on the house; dipped in honey, it is a sweet break from the soup.
