Gaksi Bossam 각시보쌈

Half-and-half bossam puts lean boiled pork between napa cabbage kimchi and radish kimchi split across the plate, so each slice can be wrapped differently. Jaengban-guksu, cold buckwheat noodles and vegetables tossed in a sweet-spicy sauce, plays cool against the warm pork, and the Gaksi set, an individual tray of pork, sides, rice and stew, is the usual lunch order.
