The two-person Course B runs from an appetizer salad and warm bread through a steak or lobster main, pasta and dessert, and returning diners choose the set over a la carte mainly for those starters. The vongole is green from its basil oil sauce and loaded with clams, while the gamberoni pasta pairs plump shrimp with a thick, rich sauce.
