Borigotgan 보리곳간

Barley rice cooked with some white rice goes into a bowl with seasoned greens, gets mixed with sesame oil and gochujang, and is eaten with spoonfuls of cheonggukjang, fermented soybean stew, on the side. The stew is nutty and lightly seasoned. Ordering the boribap hanjeongsik set brings stir-fried pork too, tender and free of any porky smell. There is also a shrimp rice-ball dish for children.
