Pickles provide the only vegetable crunch in the Double Buck, so two thick patties and a soft bun carry nearly all of the flavor. The meat has a fresh-grilled char and runs with juice the moment you pick it up. Fries come straight from the shop's fryer and taste nothing like fast-food fries. Orders go through a kiosk, drinks come from a self-serve fridge, and you collect your tray when your number lights up. This Myeongnyun-gil shop in Hyehwa is the original, with later branches in Sindang and Itaewon.
