Albert Gangnam 알베르 강남

Albert Gangnam is a multi-level cafe at 34 Gangnam-daero 102-gil in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Its seating extends from the basement through three above-ground floors and onto a rooftop terrace. Ceiling height, window size, and table arrangement change from one level to another. Mature trees and a garden fill much of the view through the largest windows. Indoors, timber floors and tables are combined with framed artwork and several styles of lighting. Window seats, long communal tables, small-group tables, and terrace seats beneath the trees occupy distinct parts of the building. The dessert counter includes a house tiramisu layered with homemade coconut crumble and mascarpone cream, along with chocolate fudge cake and cheesecake. Scones come in plain, blueberry with white chocolate, and fig with almond versions. Earl Grey and sweet-pumpkin pound cakes add two loaf-style cakes. Rolled breads are made with cinnamon, caramel, or green onion and cheese. An apple and ham sandwich supplies a savory bakery option. The coffee list covers espresso, Americano, cafe latte, and cafe mocha, with decaffeinated coffee available. Tea choices include ginger lemongrass, Earl Grey Reserve, and black buckwheat tea. Milk tea and tomato juice appear beside the brewed drinks. Green-tea latte and chocolate latte provide non-coffee milk drinks, while grapefruit, blueberry, and passion-fruit ades use fruit flavors with carbonation. Apple hibiscus tea combines fruit and herbal ingredients. The food and drink counters serve a building whose garden-facing windows and layered floors are as structurally prominent as the menu.
