The manager explains how to eat the scones and the order in which to take the tea. Many of the desserts use lemon, starting with the moist scones and the lemon drizzle cake, and there is British-style milk tea as well. Cinnamon rolls taken home soften up again after about 30 seconds in the microwave. Photo postcards and British-style knickknacks sit around the walls.
