Two ponies live in the back garden of this hanok-style cafe in Gyeongju, a short walk through the building from the counter. Children can feed them carrots by hand with an adult beside them; when the ponies are resting, visitors watch from outside their enclosure. The pretzel is shaped like a horseshoe, salty and chewy enough to sit alongside coffee. Haagen-Dazs ice cream coffee arrives in a cup printed with a horse, growing sweeter as the scoop melts into it.
