Naan is baked to order in the tandoor in the corner, giving both the butter and honey naan a crisp shell and a chewy middle. Chicken chili curry spooned over butter naan is the signature pairing, and the curry list runs on through beef chili curry, palak paneer (spinach with cheese) and shrimp curry. Picking by name alone can land you a hot one; ask when ordering if spice is a problem. Two people can share a set of two curries with naan, tandoori chicken, rice and lassi, and a one-person lunch course covers solo visits. The Indian owner looks after the tables personally.
