The mugwort carries a deep, intensely herbal aroma, buckwheat and corn deliver a nutty, clean profile, and squid ink pairs with gelato more naturally than one might expect. The milk flavor preserves a rich dairy character, and the chocolate variety impresses with a fudge-like density and chewy texture. The Classic Line offers familiar options, chocolate, mint chocolate, vanilla, Earl Grey, and green tea, and can be combined with Seorak flavors in a single cup for a two-flavor experience.
