The large croissant sheds flakes with every bite, and the cinnamon pastry pairs a crisp shell with a soft, cinnamon-heavy middle. Earl Grey cake carries a strong tea aroma and a crumbly texture. The small ganache tigre is dense and chewy beside a coffee, and the milk tea is moderately sweet with a slightly bitter finish, while the coffee stays mild rather than acidic. The ground floor has almost no outside view. Upstairs, the windows open up and there is room enough to read or work on a laptop. Because of the old factory structure, some tables run cold in winter.
