Baozifu 빠오즈푸

Steamed meat baozi hold a lot of hot juice, so it pays to open the wrapper a little and let the steam out before biting in. The shop sits between Konkuk University and Children's Grand Park Station. Its shrimp pan-fried dumplings are seared crisp on the bottom with springy shrimp inside. Dandan noodles cling to a rich peanut sauce with gentle heat, while the wonton noodle soup is milder and lighter than it looks, with chili oil on hand to sharpen it. Seasoning runs a little salty overall, so mixing dumplings and noodles across a table of several works best.
