The truffle ricotta centers on truffle aroma and soft ricotta, while the mortadella special adds pistachio pesto. A single-person set pairs the burrata cheese special with a ricotta bun and coffee, enough for an early brunch. A curing room for the meats sits inside the shop, and a side of meatballs turns a sandwich into a full meal. Beyond coffee there are vanilla lattes and decaf drinks, and prices sit somewhat above average. Orders of 100 or more are packed neatly in boxes for office events.
