I enjoyed the afternoon tea set at this premium tea space on the first floor of the Amorepacific building in Yongsan. Being able to smell and choose from the signature tea lineup was a great start, and the Samdayeon tea stood out as a clean, nutty green tea. The course progressed thoughtfully from a welcome tea and citrus cocktail through appetizers, desserts, and a ceremonial matcha shot. Highlights included whelk and avocado canapes, Jeju matcha flan, and a Hallasan matcha dacquoise with wonderful texture. Hot water refills kept the tea flowing generously, and the food pairings mixed savory elements like black pork jambon sandwiches with sweets to prevent palate fatigue. Staff explained each dish and tea with care, making the experience feel genuinely curated. The two-hour time limit is the main drawback, but this is an excellent choice for hosting special guests or celebrating occasions.
