Ordering happens at the counter rather than at the table, and the menu prints ingredients and cooking methods under each unfamiliar Greek name. Spanakopitakia are small phyllo pies filled with spinach and feta; dipped in tzatziki, the yogurt-and-cucumber sauce, the hot crisp pastry meets a cool tang. Souvlaki brings grilled pork, pita and tzatziki on one plate. The room is small and gets loud when full, and parking in front fits only a few cars. From Friday to Sunday, yemista adds tomatoes and peppers stuffed with minced beef and rice.
