Nothing blocks the view from this fifth-floor terrace in Haebang Tower: Namsan Tower and the city sit straight ahead, and transparent igloo domes take reservations in winter. Pepperoni pizza and Hawaiian shrimp pizza are served alongside Hoegaarden and Stella on draft, and by night the cafe turns into a pub.
