The menu centers on specialties made with locally grown Gujwa carrots: the carrot bingsu, priced at 19,000 won, layers freshly blended natural carrot over shaved ice with omegi-tteok (traditional Jeju rice cake) hidden underneath, creating a dessert that is both sweet and wholesome. The carrot juice is pressed to order from fresh Gujwa carrots, producing a vivid, naturally sweet drink with a uniquely rippling visual quality when stirred. The carrot cake manages to be delicious without tasting overtly of carrots. Standard beverages including hallabong-ade, iced americano, and cafe mocha are also available. The interior features a nostalgic, retro-style aesthetic with charming details throughout, and the rear courtyard is home to friendly cats that roam freely. The owner's affection for animals extends to selling postcards in support of local stray cats. Each beverage purchase comes with a complimentary postcard, and a special tradition allows guests to write a message that will be mailed to them at Christmas.
