Downstairs sits a grilled-clam restaurant, which makes the cafe easy to doubt, but an elevator to the fourth floor opens onto full-height windows and a terrace facing the sea at Cheongsapo. The twin lighthouses sit in the view, and haenyeo divers can be seen working close to shore. One more flight of stairs leads to a rooftop dressed with tropical plants and props, more Southeast Asian beach cafe than Busan, and drinks arrive in flower-decorated baskets. The place is built for photos, and most say the coffee itself is ordinary.
