One extra piece closes the omakase: an encore of whichever sushi you liked best, though pricey items such as sea urchin are usually left out. Before that come tuna belly, eel, small plates including monkfish liver, flatfish with pickled plum and squid with yuzu, and the course ends with black bean ice cream. Dinner runs in two seatings, the restaurant closes on Sundays, and parking is at nearby Gongdeok Church. At the counter, the chef shapes and explains each piece in front of you, while tables behind it mean the room is never fully quiet.
