There are beef cuts too, but little reason to pick them here, and a look around the room shows pork ribs on nearly every table. Side dishes are few and no lettuce for wrapping comes out. The air conditioning runs hard enough that the grill never makes you sweat, though anyone who feels the cold will want a jacket.
