Tall ceilings and big windows on both sides fill the wood-toned room with daylight. Plants are set throughout, and the room suits a solo visit or a quiet talk among a few people. There is a third-floor rooftop and a second-floor terrace. The second floor is a no-kids zone, and weekend seats can be hard to find. The house-roasted Americano has bright acidity and a nutty finish, while the signature Ido Double tops coffee with sweet cream, close to an einspanner, and decaf is offered. Myeongnan-saeu-sogeum-ppang, a salt roll with pollock roe and shrimp, sometimes sells out by late morning, and the bakery case thins later in the day. Tiramisu, the almond croissant and the blueberry scone have distinct layers and are not overly sweet.
