The house beans, roasted on site, lean nutty and heavy rather than bright, and the Americano tastes that way too. Pour-overs are tuned by water temperature to bring out acidity or body, and aromatic beans such as Yemen Mocha Mattari are brewed hot or iced. The roastery is small and sits right by Sangcheon Station on the Gyeongchun Line; to eat there is a vegetable sandwich, coffee bread and vanilla gelato.
