The smell of roasting coffee reaches the parking lot, since a large roaster fills much of this converted fertilizer warehouse in rural Josu-ri. Beans from origins such as Ethiopia are roasted here and supplied wholesale to cafes across Jeju, and the bean list is long. The low-acidity drip is nutty and clean and goes well with a house-made fig scone or soboro scone. The signature Josu-ri latte leans sweet. A cat that likes being petted lounges by the wood stove, and dogs are allowed to roam at the outdoor tables.
