Corn tortillas made in-house give the soft-shell tacos a texture quite unlike flour wraps. Chimichangas are stuffed full and deep-fried until crisp, while the pork taco is filled with shredded pork that some find on the dry side. Ordering and payment happen at the counter before eating.
