The Margo Grill 더 마고 그릴

Hanwoo beef tartare opens the meal and steak closes it at this grill on the 7th floor of JW Marriott Seoul. The four-course lunch runs tartare, onion soup, US prime rib-eye and dessert, with a choice between fromage mousse with strawberry ice cream and opera cake with vanilla ice cream. Beyond the rib-eye, mains include a hanwoo steak and lamb chops, and staff help match sauces, knives and wine to each cut. Jumbo crab cake and burrata salad are other starters. There are no private rooms, but generous spacing between tables keeps conversation easy for business meals and family gatherings.
