Perilla-seed sujebi, hand-torn dough in a nutty, faintly spicy broth, and shepherd's purse doenjang soup are part of the set, along with more than ten side dishes. Soy-marinated crab among the sides can be refilled, and shredded radish goes on top of the patties. Earthenware pots are reheated at the table with a wireless heating button.
