The bamboo pipe organ is played only at set times on weekends; miss the slot and you leave having only looked at it. Cakes are baked in-house: the Basque cheesecake leans heavily on cream cheese, while the strawberry and chocolate cakes are not very sweet. The coffee is on the low-acid side and sits easily beside them.
