A Chinese restaurant in Geochang, Gyeongnam, widely regarded as the town's signature dining destination with bibim jjamppong as its star dish. The restaurant recently relocated to a newly built space with modern interiors, a large gravel parking lot, and a dedicated air-conditioned waiting area. The bibim jjamppong differs from yakisoba-style stir-fried noodles, it delivers intense wok-fired flavor with deep umami at a manageable heat level comparable to Shin Ramyun. Ordering the large portion yields a generous serving, and mixing leftover sauce with a bowl of steamed rice is a popular move. Jjajangmyeon at 5,000 won is a bargain, while the tangsuyuk follows the old-school Chinese-restaurant style rather than the chewy glutinous rice batter version. The fried rice shows proper grain separation from authentic wok technique, and the jjamppong soup comes with mussel shells pre-removed for convenience.
